Housing Stability Assistance
GLS provides legal assistance for a wide range of housing issues, including eviction and foreclosure defense, fair housing disputes, and conflicts involving mobile home parks, condos, homeowner associations, property ownership, and post-eviction or foreclosure matters.

GLS can help you if
- your landlord refuses to make necessary repairs to your rental property to ensure your safety and security, GLS can intervene.
- you have been denied housing or treated unfairly because of your age, race, religion, marital/family status, or disability, GLS can help. We enforce fair housing laws through the legal process.
- your landlord engaged in prohibited conduct (such as locking you out or having the electricity or water shut off to make you leave) in the course of an eviction, GLS may be able to delay the eviction process or stop it altogether.
GLS offers expert guidance and support to help you achieve housing security during challenging times. The following types of cases may be handled:
- Predatory Lending
- Housing Discrimination/Fair Housing
- Eviction
- Foreclosure
- Landlord/Tenant Disputes
